About this site

The idea for this site came about following a very useful workshop session at the Nordic Music and Dance course held at Halsway Manor in February 2025, in which we discussed all the places you can go to do more of the things covered in the course.

The goal of the site is to provide a list of those places, for anyone interested in the topic to make use of. It is curated from the perspective of someone living in the UK.

Data is collected and maintained by Caro, with contributions welcome from anyone. I do my best to maintain up-to-date and correct information, but can't go to all these things in person to validateu find a mistake or some missing information, or have any feedback about how to make the site more useful, please let me know by email, or grab me at an event (I'll probably have a saxophone or a flute with me).
